Customers are responsible for all shipping charges and related expenses resulting from incorrect address entry, refused delivery, or cancelling orders after the order has shipped. 

Your order was packed with great care and attention to detail. Any damages should be reported and claimed immediately to the carrier as well as contacting us with an image of the damaged product at bayview@belledeprovence.com.
