I used to be able to buy Teck & Tonka in Ottawa but the store closed.
I have been dealing with Belle de Provence for some years now.
My second last order there was no stock of either the room spray or the refresher oil due to Covid and shipping problems.
The person who took my call made sure to take my phone # and called me the minute the stock was in. She took my order over the phone to save time and within 3 days my order arrived. Because the transaction was done by phone I was accidentally charged for delivery (free delivery in Ontario) - as soon as the order was processed and they realized their mistake my credit card was immediately credited for the shipping charge. I would never have realized it so was grateful for their honesty.
This time I ordered on-line with the same delivery results.
